Gerald E. Aves is a native of San Antonio and a graduate of the McCombs School of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin.
He has over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate property management and is a Texas licensed real estate agent. As Property Manager Gerald is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the properties including property management, construction finish-out, tenant relations, and contractor relations.
