Stephen M. Soble, SIOR, CCIM, President of Ernest Soble Commercial Properties, Inc., has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years. Steve has earned designations in and is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The SIOR designation is the professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry and its designees are recognized by corporate executives, brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market. CCIM designees are recognized internationally as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Both SIOR and CIREI are affiliates of the National Association of Realtors.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting in 1977 and St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1981, Steve, encouraged by his father Ernest Soble, joined Ernest Soble Commercial Properties where he began his commercial real estate career. Preferring to operate as a small “boutique type” firm to better serve his clients with the utmost personal attention.
Steve is a member of various local, state, and national real estate organizations and has held various leadership positions at every level. He has also been an expert speaker on the industrial real estate market over the years and has been honored by his real estate peers as exemplifying the highest professional standards whose life reflects a commitment to faith, family, and community.
In addition to his professional life, Mr. Soble is involved with various civic, charitable, religious, and other personal causes. Mr. Soble’s “code of principles” in both his professional and personal life revolves around hard work, constant striving for knowledge, and complete honesty and ethics.
